ABOUT THIS WATCH:

SULTANAIRE DURUS – REF. ST-102-2C

Durus is Latin for hard. Not aggressive, not loud, simply unyielding. It is the word Roman builders used for material that would not give way. Here two woods meet and refuse to blend. The case is olive, pale and wildly figured, its grain wandering the way olive trees themselves grow. The bracelet is Chacate Preto, near black and dense as stone, split down the center by a line of gold-toned steel. Between them the movement lies open, its bridges finished in gold, turning behind a black bezel.

WOOD TYPE:

Olive wood from the Mediterranean, pale and wildly figured, paired with Chacate Preto from Southern Africa, among the darkest and densest hardwoods worked today.

WARRANTY:

Durus and Ref. ST-102-2C are engraved on the caseback, and an NFC card confirms it as genuine Sultanaire. Covered by a 1 year warranty from delivery.

CRAFTED AFTER YOUR ORDER:

Nothing sits waiting on a shelf. Your watch is built only once you order it, shaped and finished by hand over three to four days, then sent within 15 days.

One tree is planted with every order placed. We source every timber with care and waste none of it, because wood this good deserves nothing less.

UNIQUENESS:

Olive never grows straight, so its figure is different in every cut. The pattern on your watch exists once and can never be matched or ordered again.

CARE:

Wipe with a soft, dry cloth after wear. Keep away from prolonged water, perfumes and solvents. Store somewhere dry and cool, out of long direct heat or sun.
