These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Sultanaire website (sultanairewatches.com) and your purchase of products from Sultanaire Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”). By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms in full. Please read them carefully before purchasing.

2. Products
2.1 Handcrafted Nature
All Sultanaire watches are individually handcrafted to order. Each watch is unique and may feature natural variations in wood grain, colour, and pattern. These natural variations are not defects but characteristics that make each piece entirely one of a kind.
2.2 Product Descriptions
We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate. However, due to the natural nature of wood, colours and grain patterns may vary slightly from images shown on our website or social media.
2.3 Availability
All products are subject to availability. As each watch is crafted to order, we reserve the right to cancel an order if we are unable to source the required materials to our standard.
3. Pricing
3.1 Prices
All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) and are inclusive of free worldwide delivery. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price you pay is the price confirmed at the time of your order.
3.2 Taxes
Prices displayed on our website do not include local customs duties or import taxes that may be applicable in your country. These are the sole responsibility of the customer.
4. Orders
4.1 Placing an Order
By placing an order with Sultanaire, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
4.2 Order Confirmation
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email or Instagram DM. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.
4.3 Cancellations
As each watch is individually handcrafted to order, cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. After this period, we may be unable to cancel your order as production may have commenced.
5. Payment
5.1 Payment Methods
We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure payment processor. Payment is required in full at the time of placing your order.
5.2 Security
All payment transactions are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways. We do not store your payment information on our servers.
6. Delivery
6.1 Delivery Timeline
All orders are delivered within 15 days of the order date. Please refer to our Shipping & Delivery Policy for full details.
6.2 Risk and Title
Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery. Title to the products passes to you upon receipt of full payment.
7. Warranty
7.1 Limited Warranty
All Sultanaire watches come with a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions.
7.2 Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by accident, misuse, or negligence
- Water damage beyond the watch’s stated water resistance rating
- Unauthorised modifications or repairs
- Damage caused by failure to follow care instructions
7.3 Making a Warranty Claim
To make a warranty claim, please contact us at sultanairewatches@gmail.com with your order reference and a description of the defect. We will assess your claim and, if approved, repair or replace the watch at our discretion.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Sultanaire website and social media channels, including but not limited to text, images, logos, watch names, and brand identity, is the intellectual property of Sultanaire Ltd. Unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution of any content is strictly prohibited.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sultanaire Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated date. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
