Description

SULTANAIRE DURUS – REF. ST-102-1C

Durus is Latin for hard. Not aggressive, not loud, simply unyielding. It is the word Roman builders used for material that would not give way. The case and bracelet are Chacate Preto, a Southern African hardwood so dark it reads almost black, threaded with faint honey streaks that only appear up close. A navy bezel rings the dial, and beneath it the movement lies open, its bridges finished in gold against grey steel. A single line of steel runs the length of the bracelet, a spine beneath the grain.

Wood Type

Chacate Preto from Southern Africa, near black in color and among the densest hardwoods worked today, streaked with lighter honey tones through the grain.
Uniqueness

Chacate Preto keeps darkening the longer it is worn. The grain on your watch exists once, on your wrist alone, and can never be ordered again.

Warranty

Durus and Ref. ST-102-1C are engraved on the caseback, and an NFC card confirms it as genuine Sultanaire. Covered by a 1 year warranty from delivery.

Care

Wipe with a soft, dry cloth after wear. Keep away from prolonged water, perfumes and solvents. Store somewhere dry and cool, out of long direct heat or sun.
