Every Sultanaire watch is individually handcrafted to order. We do not manufacture watches in bulk or hold pre-made inventory. Each timepiece is crafted specifically for the person who orders it, ensuring the highest standard of quality and attention to detail.
Due to the handcrafted nature of our watches, please allow up to 17 business days from the date of your order for your watch to be delivered to your door. This includes:
We will provide you with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Sultanaire offers free worldwide delivery on all orders. We ship to all countries using reliable international courier services. Tracking information will be provided within 3–5 days of placing your order.
Sultanaire handles all customs duties and import taxes on your behalf for the majority of countries we deliver to. You will not be charged any additional customs fees upon delivery.
In rare cases where we are unable to handle customs for a specific country, we will notify you before you place your order. If your country falls into this category, we will clearly communicate any additional charges or alternative arrangements before confirming your purchase.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
